These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the RealtorFolios platform and services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

   RealtorFolios provides tools that allow users to generate and host marketing pages related to real estate listings, properties, and events.

   Users may create public pages that are accessible via subdomains of realtorfolios.com or custom domains.

2. User Responsibilities

   Users are responsible for:

   • Ensuring they have the right to publish the content they submit
   • Ensuring listing data and marketing materials comply with applicable real estate regulations
   • Maintaining the security of their accounts
   • Ensuring information published through the Service is accurate and lawful

   Users may not use the Service to publish content that is illegal, misleading, defamatory, or infringing on third-party rights.

3. Real Estate Listings and Data

   RealtorFolios may display information derived from real estate listings or third-party data sources.

   Users are responsible for ensuring they have permission to use listing information and comply with MLS rules or other applicable agreements.

   RealtorFolios does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of listing information.

4. Lead Routing

   The Service may collect contact information from visitors and route that information to the account holder associated with the page.

   RealtorFolios is not responsible for how users handle or respond to leads received through the platform.

5. Acceptable Use

   Users may not use the Service to:

   • Distribute spam
   • Conduct fraudulent activities
   • Host malicious content
   • Attempt to interfere with system operations
   • Scrape or reverse engineer the platform

   We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

6. Availability

   The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

   We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

   To the maximum extent permitted by law, RealtorFolios shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

8. Termination

   We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at our discretion if a user violates these Terms.

   Users may discontinue use of the Service at any time.

9. Changes to These Terms

   We may modify these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page.

   Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
